    Cheese hike into the Gemsteltal valley

    After a leisurely hike, Bernhard Heim - farmer, hut owner and alpine dairyman - and his team will take you into the rustic alpine kitchen at Bernhard's Gemstelalp and give you exciting insights into how mountain cheese used to be made. Find out how cheese was made here for decades and then try the cheese specialties made from organic milk. Strengthened, you make your way back amidst the impressive mountain scenery of the Elfer, Zwölfer and Kleiner Widderstein.

    On the alp - nature, enjoyment and tradition
