Huts & cabins

Open only in summer - from May 29, 2025 to October 5, 2025. Closed on Wednesdays. The approximately 200-250 year old hut is located south side of the Widderstein massif.

Open in summer. No rest day. Melköde is located in Schwarzwassertal. Bus line Nr. 1 - Breitachbrücke then change to Bus line Nr. 5 - Ifen.

The Waldhaus in Riezlern, under the new management of Manuela Hiesinger. Closed on Thursday. Open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closed: from March 24, 2025, until approximately mid/end of May 2025.

Open only in summer. No day of rest. The alp is located in the district Wildental, ascent to the Fiderepasshütte. Walserbus line 1 to Mittelberg, change to line 4.

Café for you - Our vegetarian organic snack café on the Naturzeithof in Wäldele with a sun terrace. Closed: from March 19th to April 12th, 2025 inclusive | April 23rd to May 28th, 2025 inclusive | June 2nd to June 7th, 2025 inclusive.

Open from Thursday to Sunday in summer and Friday to Sunday in winter. Holiday kiosk: from March 31, 2025 to June 5, 2025 inclusive. Overnight stays are possible until April 24th, 2025 and from May 29th, 2025.

No day of rest. The Alpine Club Hut is at 1650 meters. Closed: from March 31, 2025 to May 22, 2025 inclusive.

Open only in summer from early June to mid-October. No rest day, only closed in extremely bad weather. Alpe Kuhgehren is located in Wildental. Bus line Nr. 1 - Kanzelwandbahn or Bus line Nr. 4 - Höfle.

Only open in summer. Monday rest day. At Bernhard's Gemstel Alp, the Gemstel team looks forward to your visit and spoils you with freshly prepared Kaiserschmarrn, various snacks and warm dishes.

Open only in summer. No day of rest. Organic snacks warm and cold drinks. Specialty: warm organic ham from the smoker and homemade organic mountain cheese. The Gemstel-Schöneboden-Alpe is located on the left side of the valley in Gemsteltal.
