Afterwards, we'll take the cable car directly up to the Kanzelwand, where we'll get a taste of the mountain air, depending on our fitness level, on the Walser via ferrata or the 2-country sport via ferrata. On Sunday, the canyon awaits us, where we can put the abseiling techniques we've learned into practice. We'll hike through the gorge, interrupted by jumps into pools, slides, and independent abseiling along breathtaking waterfalls. A visit to the Cantina Vertical provides a relaxing conclusion.

What to bring & fitness: Ankle-high hiking boots, weather-appropriate clothing, surefootedness and fitness for hikes of 5 to 6 hours, sufficient drinks;
Important information: Ascents up to 200 meters in altitude, walking times between 2 to 3 hours, depending on the weather, the condition of the trail, and the fitness of the group. Swimming distances up to 50 meters. You will be in the water for a maximum of 3 hours, and approaches to the stream of up to 1 hour are no problem for you.
