The unique natural monument Breitachklamm is located between the Kleinwalsertal and Tiefenbach. Walserbus line 1 to the Walserschanze stop or from the Oberstdorf bus station change line 44 to Tiefenbach. The gorge was made accessible in 1905 by the Tiefenbach pastor Johannes Schiebel. It is the deepest rock canyon in Central Europe and attracts over 300,000 visitors every year. It is one of the most impressive geotopes in Bavaria and one of the most popular attractions in the Allgäu. A visit is worthwhile in summer and winter, whatever the weather, because the more water flows, the more impressive the Breitachklamm.

You can purchase your tickets on-site at the box office (only cash payment is possible at the upper control point) or conveniently book your online ticket in advance from home or while traveling in your car.
