Sourcing most of its ingredients from Kleinwalsertal and the surrounding area.

Working with regional and seasonal ingredients, native breed meats and sustainable food.

In the same way we use our wine list as an opportunity to showcase some of the best Austrian wines. Brews, non alkoholics and spirits, are offered, with many of them being made in a circle of 80 km.
