Family excursion: The diversity of moors
A nature excursion for young and old invites you to discover, marvel and understand. Moors are precious natural wonders that serve as unique habitats for animals and plants.
During our hike, we will encounter different types of moors and learn about their special features and inhabitants. The trail leads us along the Breitach, whose streambed offers plenty of space to play. Here we will be active, build, muddy and experiment in order to better understand the functioning and formation of the moors.

The event is part of the "Nature Diversity Days Kleinwalsertal", which will take place this summer from August 31 to September 5, 2023. A multi-day event with excursions and lectures for guests and for locals, for large and small nature lovers. Everything will revolve around the diversity of nature. Each year there will be a different focus to find out how the distribution of various animal and plant species in Kleinwalsertal. This year with the thematic focus "The geology of Kleinwalsertal".
