Altes Forsthaus
The "Alte Forsthaus", a former princely hunting and forester's lodge, is located in a wonderfully sunny, quiet south-facing exposition (1060m) and offers a magnificent view of the valley and the mountains of the Kleinwalsertal.
The hut (about 250m2 / 22 beds) has a typical, cozy old room with a surrounding corner seat, a separate TV room with satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, a separate children's playroom with sleeping facilities and an extra shower and an entrance area with a shoe heating system,
The kitchen has been newly renovated and furnished with: a 4 plate induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a large fridge/freezer, a double coffee maker, plenty of dishes (for about 30 pers.).
The sanitary facilities are also newly renovated and consist of 2x shower + WC and washbasin, 2x toilet with washbasin and 1x shower with washbasin, as well as 1x shower + toilet + washbasin (total 4 showers + 4 WC).
Also find an alpine sauna with a wonderful view to the surrounding landscape especially the Kanzelwand.
The house is equipped with a central and electric heating. Outdoor seating is available (beer benches and tables + grill).
It is directly accessible by car in summer and winter, 5-6 cars can be parked at the house.
Distance to the bus stop: about 150 m.
Distance to the Kanzelwandbahn: approx. 3 km.
In total there are 7 bedrooms for 22 pers. available.
The house is offered for complete rent and as a self-catering house only.
