Conditions
A deposit of 50% is due right after your reservation. The remaining payment is made on arrival (in the case of short-term bookings 7 days before arrival, the deposit is omitted).
On request and subject to availability, we rent our apartments also to individuals and children at the age of 14 and over accompanied by adults.
Earlier or later arrival only according to prior agreement +43 5517 6847.
For dogs we charge EUR 25.00 per day without food, plus a cleaning fee of up to EUR 70.00 and only on request if a garden apartment is available.

Each flat has a own parking lot. Only 150 m from the town center of Mittelberg - right next to the bus-station, to the cable-car “Walmendingerhorn”, the ski-school and as well close to the supermarket M-Preis.
