Our house was newly built in 2023 in ecological timber construction and is the ideal starting point for your perfect winter holiday! In our three fully equipped holiday flats you will find everything you need for a carefree holiday.
The two-country ski area Oberstdorf-Kleinwalsertal awaits you with 48 lifts and 130 kilometres of pistes. The Parsenn lift and the nearest bus stop are within walking distance.
During the periods mentioned above, you will receive discounted ski passes for stays of 3 days or more.
The ski pass is not included in the price. As soon as you have booked with us and the online check-in has been completed, you can book the discounted ski passes via MyMountainClub.

Accomodation
Rebuilt in 2023, using sustainable wood construction and geothermal heating, our beautifully kept house is reopening December 2023. Situated on a quiet, sunny hillside with a 10 minute walk to town, it's the ideal starting point for your adventures. All rooms are non smoker and no pets.
Expect welcoming hosts, unobstructed views, rooms flooded with natural light and everything you need to store and dry your gear. Ski in/ ski out in the winter.

Arrival
Check in at 4pm on Saturdays. We are happy to accommodate early check in during the week.
For your convenience, our gear room and parking lot are always available early on arrival day.
We are a non smoking property, this also applies to the balconies and loggia.
Check out is at 9.30am. During the week, you are welcome to contact us about late check out.
Our road gets plowed daily in the winter but good winter tires are a must.
