The shingled 'neumairhaus' still shows the charm of earlier Walser houses. Our bed and breakfast in Mittelberg is centrally yet quietly located. Here you can spend and enjoy your holiday in a cozy and warm atmosphere. At the house there is a parking lot and a sun terrace. We are an ideal starting point for many hikes and excursions. No matter which of our rooms or holiday apartments you choose, you ALWAYS have a view of the breathtaking mountain panorama of Mittelberg. Localities and shops, as well as ski lifts, hiking trails, the Walmendingerhorn cable car and the Zaferna lift are in the immediate vicinity.

Important information for the apartments:
A basic set of toilet paper, dishwashing tablets and washing-up liquid is available.
Towels and linen are provided and changed once a week.
For an extra charge we change the towels more often.What time is breakfast?
The breakfast buffet is included in all rooms (holiday apartments excluded) and is open from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.What to do with ski and hiking boots, rubber boots, dirty shoes?
Please avoid staying in the house and in the rooms with the shoes mentioned above. You are welcome to wear your slippers throughout the house. A shoe rack is available for shoes. Our ski room is available for storing skis, ski poles and snowboards.Are we allowed to bring our pet?
Pets are not allowed in our double rooms and holiday apartments!Cleaning double rooms/apartments
The services in our guesthouse are limited to a cleaning service after a guest visit. There is no extra room service or a minibar with small snacks and drinks in the rooms.

Arrival
Drive to Mittelberg. At the crossroads, please drive straight ahead in the direction of the Walmendinger Hornbahn. After approx. 80 m on the right-hand side you will find a wooden house with light shingles - your holiday home "the Neumairhaus"
Parking spaces are directly in front of the house.
Check-In: Arrival is generally possible from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please let us know your approximate arrival time.
Check-Out: Please vacate the room on the day of departure by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
