The culinary journey begins with a highlight. From the starting point in Baad, you hike together with Herbert Edlinger - chef and natural cuisine expert - to Alpe Widderstein. During the short ascent to the alp, you will discover the natural surroundings of the alpine pasture with fresh herbs, edible flowers and much more.

Once you arrive at the alp, fine dining awaits you in an indescribable setting. Sascha Kemmerer, who has been awarded 4 toques and a Michelin star, and Felix Bantel, who has been awarded 3 toques, show that the natural cuisine in Kleinwalsertal leaves no culinary wishes unfulfilled. After a refreshing aperitif, the two top chefs provide a varied menu that combines fine dining and natural cuisine, ensuring enjoyment at the highest level in a fantastic natural setting at the foot of the Widderstein massif at 1,376 metres.
